Please only make an order when you can remit funds immediately. When an order has been created you have entered a binding agreement which you cannot cancel without penalty. Your payment transfer must be initiated within no less than 24 hours of placing your order at LegendsOfJapan.com. In order to maintain your locked in market price the payment must be received within five business days for orders under $5,000 and within three business days for orders over $5,000. If the global market price (which we have no control over) moves against a customer order and payment has not yet been received, LegendsOfJapan.com reserves the right to cancel the order. Further more, if payment is not received within the specified time period, you will risk being charged a penalty fee, your order being cancelled, or a combination of the penalty fee structure below. For our collective success, we only want to deal with those who will, to the best of their ability, keep their word, and manage their accounts.

Large orders are required to use a bank wire. Bank wire is the preferred payment method of LegendsOfJapan.com and guarantees the fastest processing and shipment time.

LegendsOfJapan.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order if we determine an order to be deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk regardless of payment method selected and price.

However, occasionally, we do make mistakes and there may be a typographical or algo-generated pricing errors. Under these rare circumstances, LegendsOfJapan.com retains the right to cancel or refund an order.
