If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 24 hours after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team of your dissatisfaction. All our shipments are carefully packaged and insured so please keep all documents, take evidence, pictures, video, etc., if this is the issue. Generally we have an All-Sales-Final policy, however the decision to refund or exchange your item will be at the sole discretion of LegendsOfJapan.com upon completion of our investigation.

Due to restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of the safe return of any items to LegendsOfJapan.com for refund or exchange. All items must be returned in original condition & the original packaging. Credit card orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All other payment methods are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Returns may, at the sole discretion of LegendsOfJapan.com, be subject to the customer paying market loss price explained at Terms and Conditions page.
