The total amount of your order is the cost of the coins plus the shipping & insurance fee displayed at the checkout page. There are no hidden or additional fees, and the shipping & insurance fees are based on the weight ordered.

Estimated Arrival

During normal market conditions order processing time is estimated to be 1-2 weeks after payment before shipment, however during busy market conditions the processing time may increase to 3 weeks or even longer. If the estimated time of arrival increases beyond the regular 1-3 week time frame we will communicate the updated estimated time of arrival via email. Please make sure to white-list our domain with your email service so that you receive all updates without delay.


Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped insured and traceable via a major carrier, either USPS, UPS, or FedEx, exactly which carrier is at the discretion of, unless otherwise stated on the website. If anything should happen to your order during shipping, our insurance will cover the package, per the terms and conditions put in place by our insurer. A signature will be required upon receipt of the package. You might be permitted to file a claim on our insurance policy provided you directly receive the package from the carrier. If you waive the signature requirements with your mail carrier, our insurance may not cover your package. If you have other individuals signing for your packages, such as property managers, employees, neighbors, etc., or if you have us ship to a UPS Mail Store locations or other mailbox locations our insurance may not cover your package.

If your package is lost or damaged, it will be the responsibility of to file a claim with our insurance company. However, you agree to fully cooperate with any action which may be required as part of the investigation. Failure to fully cooperate will jeopardize the ability for us to replace or refund your lost or damaged package. Upon claim approval, at our sole discretion, we will replace or refund your purchase.

How do I track my order?
